By purchasing a custom commission, you (the Client) automatically agree to the following terms established by TunaLunaVT.
1. Payment & Process
♡ 100% Upfront Payment: Work will only begin after the full payment is processed and cleared through Ko-fi/Stripe. No refunds will be issued once the sketching phase begins.
♡ Project Start: Once payment is cleared, your commission will be added to my active queue.
2. Revisions
♡ Included Revisions: The price includes 2 rounds of revisions: one during the sketch phase and one final minor color adjustment.
♡ Extra Changes: Any extra revisions or major changes requested after approval will incur an additional fee of $2 USD per change.
3. Usage & Copyright
♡ Commercial Use Included: The Client receives Full Commercial Rights to use art on streaming platforms, monetized channels, overlays, and social media at no extra cost.
♡ Intellectual Property: I, TunaLunaVT, retain the copyright of the artwork for portfolio display and promotional purposes.
♡ Restrictions: The Client may NOT resell the original files, claim the artwork as their own creation, or use the designs to manufacture physical merchandise (like real-life hair clips or prints) without an additional merchandise contract.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
♡ Chargeback Policy: Any unauthorized chargebacks or opening a false dispute through your bank or payment processor will result in an immediate and permanent ban from future commissions and free asset downloads.
♡ Consequences: In the event of a dispute, the commercial rights to the assets will be instantly revoked, and the artwork may be resold or reused. Legal evidence of your agreement to these terms, alongside delivery proofs, will be submitted to the payment processor to resolve the dispute.
5. Client Communication & References
♡ Clear Instructions: The Client is expected to provide clear, detailed descriptions, instructions, and preferred timeframes before the project begins.
♡ Accepted References: Visual aids such as Pinterest moodboards, color swatches, character sheets, and self-drawn sketches are highly encouraged to ensure the best results.
♡ AI Reference Policy: I do not accept AI-generated artwork or references under any circumstances. If an AI image is provided, the commission will be paused until valid, human-made reference materials are sent.
6. Delivery & Deadlines
♡ Turnaround Time: Due to a limited weekly schedule, standard delivery can take between 1 to 2 weeks. I will keep you updated if any delays occur.
♡ Deadlines: While I always aim to meet the Client’s preferred timeframes, specific or tight deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon before payment is processed.
